I’m a coach in training with the Co-Active Coaching Institute and going through the first steps of the Relational Life Institute.
I didn’t start my career in coaching. I majored in Business Economics and worked in Finance in NYC for several years. After leaving the world of finance, I moved into tech and focused on account management and customer success. For years, I worked in consulting, operations, and strategy — helping businesses grow, streamline, and succeed. I was always drawn to the client aspect of business. I loved the connections I made and felt compelled to provide something deeper.
I realize that helping solve work problems was great, but doing that type of work in people's personal lives was much more rewarding. Through my own personal development, I became fascinated with the inner world — the places where self-doubt, patterns, and old wounds live. The conversations that left me feeling most alive weren’t about business metrics, but instead were about healing, relationships, growth, and the journey of becoming more fully ourselves.
Today, I’m a coach-in-training with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and I’ve dedicated myself to helping individuals and couples create meaningful, lasting change from the inside out. Over the years, through my own journey of growth, codependency recovery, and relational healing, I've discovered that my purpose is to help others do the same: break free from limiting patterns, heal their relationships, and step into their full self-worth.
